Southwest Power Pool (SSP) is a Regional Transmission Organization that ensures reliable energy sources of power, adequate transmission infrastructure and competitive wholesale prices of electricity. As a North American Electric Reliability Corporation Regional Entity, SSP oversees compliance enforcement and reliability standards development.

SSP has members in nine states and their Arkansas facility is located in Little Rock. Designed by Toni Wyre of Witsell-Evans-Rasco (Architects/Planners) the $62m facility encompasses 150,000 square feet and is certified LEED Gold.
Chilewich Floor Tiles were selected for 7,000 sq. ft. in Bamboo Tea and Charcoal, and Ikat Dark Brown and Walnut. Chilewich Wall-to-Wall Flooring was also selected in Frost Topaz.

All Chilewich flooring is Green Label Plus™ certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute, which is recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council. Therefore, all Chilewich flooring earns LEED points.

Chilewich flooring also contains Microban® to inhibit the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.
